Since its independence on 9th August 1965, Singapore has developed into a world class nation with high living standards managed by an efficient government. From a small fishing port of yester years, today Singapore has one of the world's finest airport located at Changi International Airport and also one of world's finest harbour located at the Keppel Harbour. It has also become an important regional financial and media hub in Asia facilitating trades between the East and the West.

Singapore attracts many visitors from all over the world. Although there are cheaper alternatives elsewhere, Singapore continues to attract new visitors yearly, in addition to the yearly repeated visits from the regulars, who do not seem to get enough of the warm Singapore Experience. Whether they are here for the vast varieties of food available for all nationalities, the comfortable and stylish shopping centres, the vibrant and exciting night entertainments or for the spectacular tourist attractions for all ages, there is always something for everyone.
